The minimum deposit amount at BK9 is RM10 for most payment methods. This minimum limit allows new members to try the platform without a large financial commitment. The maximum deposit limit depends on the chosen method and your account's VIP status — VIP members enjoy higher daily deposit limits.

bk9 withdrawal processing times are as follows:
  • Local bank transfer — Usually processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours during business hours.
  • Digital wallet — Instant to 15 minutes after approval.
  • Cryptocurrency — Depending on blockchain network congestion, typically 10–60 minutes.
Your first withdrawal may take longer due to the KYC verification process. Once KYC is complete, subsequent withdrawals are processed faster. Make sure the bank account registered is in your own name.

Bonus & Promotions

New BK9 members are eligible to receive welcome bonus of up to RM200 for your first deposit. This bonus is credited automatically once your first deposit has been successfully processed. A wagering requirement (rollover) of 10x–15x must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The bonus expires 30 days from the date of crediting — make sure you use it within that period.

The daily check-in bonus can be claimed simply by log in to your bk9 account every day. After logging in, navigate to the Promotions or Daily Bonus in your account dashboard and click "Claim". This bonus is credited instantly. The more consecutive days you log in, the higher the daily bonus value you receive through the bk9 loyalty system.

Wagering requirement or rollover means you must use your bonus funds to place bets a specified number of times before the funds can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a RM50 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement, you must wager a total of RM500 (RM50 × 10) using those bonus funds. Your rollover progress can be monitored in real time in the Active Bonus in the account dashboard.

Installation issues typically occur because Android security settings block apps from being installed outside the Play Store. Follow these steps:
  • Go to Settings → Privacy / Security → Unknown Sources (Unknown Sources).
  • Enable the option to allow installation from unknown sources.
  • Re-download the APK file from the Download BK9 and try reinstalling.
If the issue persists, make sure your device is running Android 6.0 or later and has sufficient storage space.

Currently, the BK9 mobile app is available for Android only. iPhone and iPad users can access the full BK9 platform via the Safari or Chrome browser on their iOS device — the BK9 web experience is fully optimized for mobile screens and offers nearly all the same features as the Android app. The iOS version is expected to launch soon.
